There is no Responsive version of Ionosphere for Wordpress
Ionosphere does have an iPhone/Android menu... please ensure it's enabled and you're testing from an actual device, not a desktop
I see the Pill menu functioning on your site when on Mobile when I test it... it scrolls left/right and is definitely adequate in size for users to tap

So what is happening on Samsung A3 which is my test android is when you press Products sometime you get the drop down if your lucky, more often you get the scroll , hope this helps

Ok, I see what you mean... Dropdown menus never worked great with the Pill menu... I think some Themes had an option to disable Dropdowns on Mobiles... I'll do some testing and crack a ticket for the Devs if needed...
In the meantime... you do have some errors in console... please disable ALL non-RocketTheme plugins and test.

So there is a bug with dropdowns on mobile where if it's also a link itself the dropdown doesn't fire... I still owe you testing and I'm sorry this slipped... but can you please try making the parent menu item of one of your dropdowns a Custom URL and place this in the URL field:
javascript:void(0)

- Thank you. I do have a ticket in with the Developers but I do not have any sort of ETA... we have a similar issue in our Joomla versions of the template with the only known fix being to set the Parent items as what's called a "Text Seperator" in Joomla... that option doesn't exist in wordpress so I was hoping to mimic it with that Custom URL code, but it doesn't look like it's working... at least in emulation... I still need to test from a physical iPhone which I will when the wife gets home, so if you could leave the Products menu like that for now please.
